OCC Briefs

One way the Litigation Division supports the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in legal matters is by filing briefs to inform state courts of the OCC's position on specific legal issues. Below are links to a few recent OCC briefs of interest, along with a short description. We update this list periodically.
