WASHINGTON—Acting Comptroller of the Currency Michael J. Hsu today discussed expanding access to homeownership for minorities at the Black Homeownership Collaborative's Fair Housing Month Virtual Forum. In his remarks, Acting Comptroller Hsu discussed initiatives such as reducing appraisal bias, Project REACh, and an interagency effort to strengthen the Community Reinvestment Act to expand fair access and homeownership opportunities for minorities, low- and moderate-income areas, and communities of color.
