Network of Asian Pacific Americans (NAPA)

NAPA's goals and objectives are to:

• Assist in providing members with the support and tools to develop and advance their careers through training, mentorship, and information on various opportunities and assignments;
• Conduct events and activities for all employees to raise the awareness of the Asian Pacific American (APA) culture and history in order to promote mutual understanding and respect of cultural differences;
• Participate in the OCC's strategies to ensure a diverse work force by assisting in the recruitment of qualified APA candidates and providing resources and networking to encourage the retention of skilled APA employees.
