Veterans Employee Network (VEN)

VEN supports OCC's military veterans and reservists; those employees who have family members who are veterans or currently serve as active duty or reservist military, and all employees who support military service members.

The VEN seeks to support new and current OCC employees in the following ways:

• Improve the integration and inclusion of new veteran employees into the OCC;
• Support the OCC's mission through greater utilization of the resources, strengths, and skill sets of all employees, including current and former military service members and reservists;
• Promote participation in professional developmental opportunities; and
• Provide a network of peers with common interests and experiences.
