Jeremiah Richey is a senior financial economist in the Retail Credit Risk Analysis Division within Supervision Risk & Analysis at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
Dr. Richey's current research interests include empirical credit risk modeling, labor economics, applied econometrics, and machine learning. Before joining the OCC in 2016, Dr. Richey was an assistant professor of economics at Kyungpook National University in South Korea. He holds a doctorate in economics from Iowa State University and an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Greensboro College.
