Information has been received that "warrants" have been issued by the Republic of Texas/The Republic of Texas Trust. Such instruments are deemed to have no financial value. Copy of one such instrument (PDF) is attached. The Republic of Texas is not a recognized sovereign entity within the State of Texas. Please refer to OCC Alert 96-22 dated July 16, 1996.
